The Company uses Practice Better Service, practice management third party for all practice management. Third parties who provide and/or publish content via the Company’s Practice Better Service shall be deemed the data controllers for any personal, financial, or health data contained in the content uploaded by any such party to the Company’s Practice Better Service (“Third-Party Content”) and any other personal data processed in relation to such Third-Party Content. This privacy policy only concerns the processing for which the Company is data controller. If you have any questions regarding personal data contained in the Third-Party Content, please contact the Third-Party provider responsible for such Third-Party Content.

We can use and share your personal and health information with the below Third-Party service providers to run our practice, improve your care, manage your treatments and services, and contact you when necessary. By using their services, you consent to the collection and processing of the personal, financial, and health information you or one of these below Third-Party service providers supply about you. Your access to and use of these Third-Party services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with each Third-Party provider’s privacy policies and terms of use.   • Practice Better is the Third Party electronic practice management tool which stores health records, appointment information, and communication between practitioners and clients. Available as links through the Website or through the Company’s Practice Better Service Portal.
  • Rupa Health is an administrative portal from which health practitioners can order, track, and view the results of lab tests from a list of potential laboratories. Available as a third party of the Company’s Practice Better Service.
  • Metabolic Management is a Biotics Research Supplement provider. Available as a link through the Website.
  • Fullscript is a web-based supplement provider. Available as a link through the Website or as a third party of the Company’s Practice Better Service.
  • Wellevate is a web-based supplement provider. Available as a link through the Website or as a third party of the Company’s Practice Better Service.
  • Square is a client billing and payment service provider. We can use and share your health information to bill and get payment from health plans or other entities. We also use this service to process all gift card orders via a link through the Website. The Square is available as a link through client email or as a third party of the Company’s Practice Better Service.
  • Google Analytics and Google Search Console – this service tracks Website usage and provides information such as referring websites and user actions on the Website. Google Analytics may capture your IP address, but no other personal information is captured by Google Analytics.

At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in the Website’s sole discretion.
